• If Im making gift baskets with fudge in it how long will it last?

    Im making different fudges and chocolate covered pretzels ect for gift baskets for family , how long wil the stuff stay good? When should I start making it if Im handin them out on Christmas and the day after

      If you are using heavy cream in your fudge then it won’t last as long without being kept cold. If you are using the marshmallow creme method then if you complete the fudge at room temp. then it will keep for a couple of weeks. If it lasts that long. I am also giving fudge and I started it today which I will be giving on Christmas day. Hope your fudge comes out great. Everyone will love the gift.
